Dr. Reilmann as Co-Chair of MDS-Task Force referred about diagnosis criteria of HD

On the initiative of Dr Reilmann and professor Christopher Ross from the Hopkins University in Baltimore the Movement Disorders society calles a task force to deal with the definition of new disgnostic criteria for the Huntington disease. It is based on a publication in the Movement Disorders Journal where the arguments and  backgrounds were discussed by Dr Reilmann, professor Blair Leavitt and professor Christopher Ross. The reason to do so is to improve the patient-centered care for symptomatic and asymptomatic patients, risk persons and family members.
